WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Families of some of the 346 people killed in two fatal Boeing 737 MAX crashes plan to object to a tentative nonprosecution agreement between the planemaker and the U.S. Justice Department,

The Justice Department may drop its criminal prosecution of Boeing for allegedly misleading U.S. regulators about the 737 Max jetliner before two of the planes crashed and killed 346 people.

Boeing could see all of the criminal charges relating to two 737 MAX crashes dropped in a deal with the US Department of Justice.
