20多国外交人员组成的代表团周三（21日）访问约旦河西岸，在哲寧（Jenin）附近竟遭以色列士兵鸣枪警告。以色列军方已证实此事，并称开枪示警理由是代表团车辆偏离以方事前批准的移动路线。访问团成员来自大约30国，包括西班牙、义大利、土耳其、英国、加拿大、中国、日本、俄罗斯、欧盟等，引发各国关切甚至召见驻地的以色列大使。以色列国防军已致歉。
