The Armed Forces have begun a new round of punitive strikes on targets inside Israel in an anticipated wave of retaliation.

Israel has formally requested the United States to join its newly launched military campaign against Iran, according to a report by Axios on Sunday, citing both American and Israeli sources.

Israel is the “greatest threat” to the region’s stability and security, said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Saturday in a phone call with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
