EAGAN, Minn. — NFL owners unanimously approved allowing players to participate in flag football for the 2028 Olympics.

The point-in-time count saw a 14% drop in homelessness in the City of San Diego, 7% drop in the region according to the Regional Task Force on Homelessness.
