“ Fortnite ” has officially returned to the iOS App Store in the U.S.. The news came on Tuesday afternoon via a post on the official X account for the Epic Games shooter. “Fortnite is BACK on the App Store in the U.S. on iPhones and iPads… and on the Epic Games Store and AltStore in the E.U!,” read the post. “It’ll show up in Search soon!”

In August 2020, Apple kicked Fortnite off of the iOS App Store for violating its terms after Epic Games bypassed Apple's 30% transaction fee by adding its own payment processor to the battle royale game. Almost five years later, Fortnite is finally available on the US App Store again.

The legal battle between Epic and Apple has come to an end with Fortnite's triumphant return to the App Store.
