When playing catch, your teammate is not always going to make a perfect throw right at your chest - It’s your responsibility to help make a bad throw, a good one! And the best way to do that is to be able to move your feet and center the ball! This is a simple, but effective drill to help your players learn how to step towards, step back and move left to right to help them handle any throw that comes their way!
