This retractable hose reel from @vego_garden is a game changer! I decided to attach it to an existing post that just so happened to be in the perfect spot for it. It’s a round post, so to ensure a solid connection I made that mounting board from a 2x4 and pre drilled all the holes. I attached the board with heavy lag screws.
