October is ADHD awareness month (and in true ADHD fashion of course I waited until the last minute to post something). Appreciate Neal Brennan and his BLOCKS podcast for prompting me to discuss all the ways it has affected my life. Inattentiveness, hyper activity, impulse control, temper, time management.
