What is Skindiving? 🤿 Skindiving is a leisure activity of swimming underwater, usually in the deep water / pool aided only by fins and snorkel. Essentially, skin diving is snorkeling, except you dive below the surface when there’s something interesting you want to see up close. With this program, you will be expected to learn the following: (1) The proper equalization and breath holding techniques (2) The proper finning and duck diving movements (3) The Proper use of fins and snorkelling gears
