This was my boy just last week 😭 I thought it was cold sores at first but it turned out to be Impetigo aka School Sores. This isn’t talked about as much so I thought I’d share some info with you all and how we are managing it at home. Signs and Symptoms ➡️ Sores mainly on the face near the mouth and nose, or arms and legs.
